Terms & Conditions

All purchases are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. All prices on this website are in pound sterling and online payment is via Paypal or izettle. Please note products will not be shipped until payment has cleared. All sales are subject to availability; I will contact you within 3 working days from receipt of order if items are out of stock.

As all items are handmade some degree of variation should be expected, such as slight size variations or the placement of fabric patterns.

Delivery

If your order is a gift, and you would like a special message included for the recipient, please let me know in the notes when you checkout and I will add that for you.

Standard Delivery

Once you have placed your order, I will process it as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 days. 

Delivery Charges

UK orders are charged at a flat rate of £3.95

Please contact me for a shipping quote if you require delivery outside the UK. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any local duties or customs charges made in your country

If you require a next day delivery service or a signed for service please get in touch and I can arrange this for you.

Returns

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you do need to return an item please contact me within 14 days to arrange the return and refund.

If the return is due to a fault I will refund you the cost of the item plus the delivery charge within thirty days.

For any non-faulty item returned a refund will be strictly conditional on the item being in the original condition,  I do not cover the cost of you returning non-faulty items.

Custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
